Frequently Asked Questions
If you don't find the answer here, please give us a call or fill out the contact form below.
1. What is your average build time from ground breaking to move in?
Most projects will take 6 to 9 months to build depending on the size and the amenities in the project.
2. Can we make changes as the project progresses?
Yes. From design to final walk-thru you are able to make changes in your home. Reading a blueprint to get the feel of your custom home is sometimes difficult until the structure is up and moving forward.
3. How do we handle extra costs?
Allowance items can be quantified after you make selections at the supplier showrooms before the product is installed. You are free to change your mind if cost is a factor. Costs from changes are handled with a Change Order that we process as the home is contructed. (i.e. adding brick to front elevation).
4. If I have difficulty making decisions (i.e. colors, style), do you have someone who could help with my selections?
Yes. The sales people at the numerous showrooms you will attend are very knowledgeable about their products and can help you with your selections. We also have interior decorators that can help you with your decisions.
